My name is Kathy Greene and I am the person who answers emails for NSF. I answer as many as I can, of the hundreds of emails that come in each day. Recently, in an effort to raise funds to help pay our monthly Bills, we decided to contract with a company that arranges ads for companies that sell natural health related items through email advertising. This company offered to pay us a fee in return for sending their advertisements to our mailing list. Of course, we do not give out our list itself, but we agreed, after Dr. Rima reviewed and approved the items for sale, that we would send out their advertisements to our list in mailings that are separate from our regular emails.
I have been answering NSF emails for several years, and each month, we get one or two letters complaining that we "sell" things in our eblasts. Apparently, some of our readers are unaware of the costs involved in running an organization like this and find advertising "offensive", without giving thought to how we must pay the Bills. Still, I was amazed that since we have run these ads, we have received about two dozen letters critical of them, for various reasons. Since we are concerned that others who have not written may also be upset, we decided to explain our decision to work with this company.
Every month, we at NSF have to come up with about $12,000 to pay Bills. Yes, we have a big mailing list. We are the largest and most vocal health freedom organization in the country. Our eblasts DO have an affect on policy. ...

A: From Dr. Rima: A great deal and very little.
Let me explain.
Valley of the Moon Eco Demonstration Project, www.NaturalSolutionsFoundation.org, was conceived as a project to reclaim the production of clean, unadulterated food on a world-wide basis. Later on in this article I will tell you how it came about. But it is only one project of many around the world - we already have two agricultural projects in Benin, Africa, testing a leading edge technology to improve crops without any chemicals or toxic inputs, for example. We lead the battle to educate decision makers, creating massive push back that works. We fight the Codex battle, the food fascism battle in the US, fend off mandatory vaccination, etc., etc.
But there is SO much more to do. The choke point is not knowhow, enthusiasm or skill. The choke point is funding. Pure and simple, the other side has more money than God because their friends print it for them and steal it from you.
We, on the other hand, are severely limited by the funds we have available.
So, when a professional Fund Manager of 25 years experience met us, talked with us and proposed a dedicated Fund to allow us to do all of our projects around the world, INCLUDING the Valley of the Moon Eco Demonstration Prokject, we vetted him carefully, considered the option and said "Yes!".
NSF Green Fund was born at that moment.
Here's how it works:
You decide you want to support the work of the Natural Solutions Foundation and you make funds available to us in one of two ways:
You specify that the Valley of the Moon Project is the project you want your funds to go and you, in return, receive a Beneficial Interest Certificate (BIC) giving you the rights and priviledges associated with it which includes the right to build and own a house on the project and other rights as well.
Or you decide to place your money in the NSF Green Fund without specifying that it is designated for that project and it will be placed in a 3 year bond, insured and used to pay you your interest and available to you at the end of the three years to either reinvest or to withdraw.
