Dr. Rima Reports: General Bert warns us that we need to focus on Saving our Supplements! We are becoming more concerned about FDA threats to your access to high potency nutrition. Several members of the Senate who are known as "friends" of  dietary supplements wrote FDA asking the agency to delay its draconian "New Dietary Ingredient" guideline. The FDA has ignored the Senators and indicates it will "finalize" the new regulations, thereby threatening all dietary supplement advances since 1994. Our Foundation Counsel reports that one bill in Congress (HR.3380) would partially remedy this by moving the dietary supplement "grandfathering" date from 1994 to 2007, thereby protecting more nutrients. That's not a bad step, but Counsel Ralph also tells us about several other Health Freedom Bills pending that PUSH BACK hard against FDA and FTC excess regulations.
