The US Congress clearly does NOT want to hear from you! Our millions of emails pack such a punch that many of our Health and Food Freedom Advocates have gotten the following message (or something very like it) when they ride their Freedom Mice:
"Your access to this mail system has been rejected due to the sending MTA's poor reputation. If you believe that this failure is in error, please contact the intended recipient via alternate means."
Of course, we were deeply concerned when we learned that this is happening so we contacted the company that manages our email access to our intended targets. What they told us was that an increasing number of Congressmen and women were closing down their email servers. They, literally, have stuck their fingers in their ears to say "I can't Heeeeeeeaaaarrrr You! Are they sticking their tongues out at you, too? Probably. What to do? Take another tack.
Since they do not want to deal with our emails (how is THAT for push back?) let's use the phones.
I am asking every Health and Food Freedom Advocate to call your 2 Senators and your Representative every time you get a break, have a few minutes or have nothing else to do. Over and over.
Say something like, "I am calling to demand that the Congress of the United States provide multiple effective ways to communicate my opinions and issues. Email is a vitally important, inexpensive and widely available form of legitimate participation in Government. Please convey to the Member who represents me that any constriction of that communication channel not only violates the Constitutional rights which I have, but the Constitutional responsibility which he/she is sworn to uphold.
Any plans or action to limit my communication with my Member are totally unacceptable to me."

Since you have 2 Senators and 1 Representative, you will need to make 3 calls in each cycle. Do it over and over again!

Getting your retirement funds out of the United States ("expatriating" them) is still legal. But we believe that it won't be for very long based on what the US government has announced it plans to do with those funds, and the fact that this plan is already in motion. Disclaimer: we do not have any "inside" information as to how or when the authorities may move to "protect" your assets by taking them; there is no specific proposal that is about to be issued as a new regulation. Government agencies have taken the first steps in that direction, but much of what we are reporting must remain considered rumor. Your personal due diligence is required.
However, once expatriated, it will be very difficult for the authorities to recall your funds, especially if they are properly invested in a qualified investment as determined by a qualified Custodian. This opportunity depends on the length of time that the US allows the window of self-directed control of retirement to stay open. Our expectation, along with all of the other analysts whom we follow, is that it will not be open much longer. Please note that the process of transferring funds is not instantaneous and that we do not know if monies in process will remain available to complete the process of expatriation or not, meaning that completed expatriations are safer than those not yet completed when the window slams shut.

A Word about Intent
The Foundation Trustees are aware that Health and Food Freedom supporters who read these eblasts are concerned about their families' freedom to make their own informed food and health choices in their home communities... and we have created, through our Educate Decision Makers Action Items, the means for you to PUSH BACK and secure -- or at least defend -- your freedoms. In that context we began working with BeyondOrganic and Natural Health advocates, bringing natural products to your attention, helping at such extraordinary facilities as the Songhai Community in Benin, and developing the Valley of the Moon Eco Demonstration Commuity in Panama.
This note is to let you all know that your donations through the Health and Food Freedom websites are used to further our Health and Food Freedom educational activities. The funds being used to create the eco commuity are being separately raised and most generously provided by individuals and families who want to participate in that adventure with Gen. Bert and Dr. Rima. Developments in Panama continue to astound... especially seeing them as I do from our US operation, thousands of miles away. Every time I visit the Center (as I did last month) I am astounded by the progress and the myriad ways Natural Solutions are being demonstrated there.

Saving Silver
Silver, WAS One Very Sick Calf

Silver was a dying milk cow calf when she was 8 days old. When I met Silvershe was lying dismally on the ground, dying of a bacterial infection on a cattle farm in Panama. She weighs 66 lbs. Her life expectancy is about 4 days.

US Supreme Court ruled against you - AGAIN - in favor of Big Pharma.
While you should not be surprised, we believe you should join us in being outraged, horrified, frightened and, most important, motivated to mount a massive campaign to use every lawful method at your hand to protect yourself, your family, your neighborhood, your freedom and your Constitution from the onslaught of corporitization of the State and the total shredding of the rule of law. What Redress Do We Have When the High Court Denies Us Redress?
The Supreme Court evidently felt the misnamed "Vaccine Injury Compensation Program" (VICP -- a really poor excuse for injury redress; one funded by a special tax on vaccine buyers -- "Let the victims pay!"). There is a magnificently funded, highly functioning and truly evil structure which has organized itself into an Uber Cartel to serve the needs of the globalization process. "Globalization", remember, is nothing more or less than a short hand term for the total domination of our economy and our lives by a small oligarchy who control all resources including food, water, health care, fuel, information, transportation and who control all governmental functions, including military, communication, taxation and, quite literally, life and death itself.
