The Natural Solutions Foundation asked you for help in surviving a devastating fake-donation Bot Attack which cost us over $10,000 in seized funds. This very sophisticated attack, aimed at destroying us financially, was different from the "DDOS" - Distributed Denial of Service attacks which often "happen" when we touch a sore point in the body politic.
Attacks come in many forms. Not only do we get attacked financially, we get attacked through blatant disinformation. It is ironic, of course, that the disinformation agents who continually try to bring us down often accuse us of being "disinformation agents!" Everything they accuse us of doing and being is patently false, but when they accuse us of asking you for money, on that charge and that charge alone, we plead guilty!
Yes, we asked for money to survive the devastating effects of a fraudulent charges scam. An to those of you who responded, our deepest thanks.
Those thanks are immense whether the donation was large or small. A well-known show on NPR, "Wall Street Week", always included a section looking at the economy which they began by saying, "And now, let's do the numbers!"

Action Item: Insist on your right to self-quarantine:
Many of our loyal and enthusiastic Mouse Warriors and Health Freedom Fighters wrote to us asking why we were not taking legal action.
We have put that approach in motion, with formal complaints to appropriate regulatory organizations (including to US CERT - the Computer Emergency Response Team), formal letters of complaint seeking redress, etc. It is interesting to note that we have received letters from others telling us of the troubles they have had at the hands of this same company, authorize.net, when they used their services as a Merchant Services company. We wonder how many other NGOs have found themselves victims of a Bot Attack -- we know of several leading Internet sites, such as Alex Jones, that were attacked as we were when we broke the story of potentially weaponized vaccines.
We are also pursuing other avenues to recover our money, especially since we purchased fraud detection and security system components and a simple bot attack should have been stopped cold - unless the company itself has an incentive to make sure it happens. That incentive would be, were this the case, a dime for each suspicious charge. And as we have all seen, multiply ten cents by a large number and you get a large hit - in this case, $10,000.
We have cancelled our merchant services account, are actively looking for a new one and are adding additional bot-repellants to our systems. I'm here in Panama this week meeting with Dr. Laibow and Gen. Stubblebine, and computer security experts, to make sure we are always here for you.

Applying Section 311(11) of the 2007 FDA enabling act (or, rather, mis-applying it), the way they did with B6, the FDA may reason thusly:
1.Nano Silver (sic) "cannot be proven" to be grandfathered under DSHEA... 2.Therefore the DSHEA savings clause, section 1011, that you worked with Natural Solutions Foundation so hard to keep in the compromise version of that law would not apply to prevent Nano Silver from being banned as an "untested [and therefore illegal] drug" now that there is a study on it being used for a medicinal purpose. 3.Given that use, and the fact that it has not been approved for humans in this use, the FDA could now take all Nano Silver off the market in a heart beat.
What are we going to do about this destructive ability of an out of control agency?
We have been advocating breaking-up the FDA to create a new food safety approach. The powers-that-be noticed and tried to co-opt that plan by destroying food safety through the mis-named (sic) "Food Safety" bills now pending in Congress to create an agency controlled by "former" Monsanto executives.

After all, if Natural Solutions Foundation were not making the kind of headway we are, why would we be attacked? Why would we be the subject of constant disinformation and why would our funds, and funding, be attacked the way they have been?
So instead of news and action steps, we have an emergency to deal with. It is called "survival". Right now we have to tell you that we are about to lose access to our internet communication platform, Democracy in Action (DIA), the online facility that lets us send these eblasts to a quarter million people (not counting the several million more to whom they are forwarded). We also have to tell you that we cannot pay the Natural Solutions Foundation's bills for this month because of this attack. The money that we intended to pay them with has been taken from our bank account as part of the continuing attack on us, leaving us many thousands of dollars short.
We've already told you about the cyber attack we've been under, in which an "attack bot" was sending tens of thousands of fake $1 'donations' to us; and how even though we believe that their system should have caught the obviously fraudulent 'donations' (about which we notified them), the unfriendly corporation known as "authorize.net" decided to charge us ten cents for each fraudulent transaction - even after we purchased their so-called "Fraud Protection Suite" for a montly fee. That means that the more than 100,000 fraudulent transactions the bot generated have cost us an enormous amount of money. Authorize.net simply took those disputed charges from the Foundation bank account into which credit card purchases and donations were automatically deposited. To date they have now taken thousands of dollars from our Foundation bank account, including all of your DIA donations from last month, leaving us with a negative account balance. We can't pay DIA. We can't pay our bills. We can't attend the Codex meeting in Rome this coming July. Soon we won't be able to communicate with you at all.
Why? Because today we received this note from DIA: "...past due balance ($6,450). This is unacceptable and if the remainder of the two invoices is not paid by the end of this week we will suspend service and potentially terminate our relationship..."
That's it folks. Unless we raise about $7,000 immediately to pay DIA, we will be terminated by our communication platform. No more concerted efforts that have had such powerful effects...
And unless we raise another $10K to pay our outstanding monthly expenses, and enough money to go to Codex in July, we will be on the outside, looking in... without being there for you.
It is really ironic that if everyone reading this email blast did, in fact, what the bot was supposedly doing, making donations of small amounts, we would not have this problem. The fact is, however, that less than 4% of our primary mailing list readers (and that list is about 1/4 million people) donate. Of the secondary list -- millions of people (!) a much, much smaller percentage donate. Yes, they take action, and for that we are most appreciative, but they do not donate. You noticed that for a disease which may have killed two people in the US, the White House now is "considering" ramping up additional vaccine manufacturing (read "profit") and mandating injection in the fall, when the vaccine is ready and the new, improved, really-truly, this-time-we-mean it Pandemic will be here, just in time for the vaccine!
Have you noticed that Baxter International, the company which supposedly "accidentally" contaminated 18 country's seasonal Flu shots with live, highly infective, and we believe, weaponized Avian Flu has been chosen to coordinate the development of the Swine Flu vaccine which you WILL be presented with this coming fall, according to the Obama Administration...
What???? 20-30% of the population would become infected IF this were a pandemic but it IS a pandemic anyway despite the fact that the infection rate is not different from a regular flu?

Your Help Needed - Natural Solutions Foundation Under Attack:
Cyber Attacks Launched to Destroy NSF As a trustee of the Foundation, and its Counsel, it is my responsibility to keep you, our supporters, informed about the bad news as well as the good news. We are in a war and Natural Solutions Foundation is a primary combatent on the side of health and health freedom. It makes sense, therefore, that we would be attacked. Well, that is certainly the case right now. These attacks threaten to destroy us, IF we let them. We won't, of course, but we need your help to survive these attacks and to come out stronger. We are betting that you will be there for us, the way we are always there for your health and health freedom.
What I have to tell you now is bad news; information that could destroy our efforts -- not that Dr. Rima, General Bert, Kathy and I will ever give up. We are devoting our lives to this battle, so that's simply not an option.
Rather, the financial reverses we've suffered, and the clear intent behind them to destroy us that way, have made us all the more determined to succeed.
Here is what has been happening:
1. Donations to the Foundation, like donations to charitable organizations everywhere, are down by about 2/3 from our customary levels. This began way back in the election season when the presidential campaigns began to "suck up" every penny available on the internet for nonprofit activities. Dr. Ron Paul raised significant amounts of money from many people who were our supporter base. They told us that when the campaign was over, they would come back to us as on-going supporters. Then, when the economy was tanked by the global banksters, they could not, so they did not.
The new president's campaign raised over a half billion dollars, an unprecedented amount. Just as we thought that donations would increase again to a point where we could meet our obligations from donations with the end of the election, the financial system collapsed, and the downward trend continued. Because of this cataclysmic financial downturn, Natural Solutions has missed the Codex meetings in South Africa, Calgary and Germany to which we needed to go. No money, no ticket. No ticket, no meaningful health freedom voice at Codex. QED
3. Apparently, since the Internet is such an important part of our funding, the forces that desperately do not want us to continue the work that we are doing literally engineered another type of pandemic... a mass cyber attack on our Marketplace and Organics4U, in which some automated system or "bot" attempts, sometimes ten thousand times each day, to "donate" a dollar to the cause, with fake credit cards.
The credit card processing company that we are using, authorize.net, has failed to stop all these false card efforts, and charges us ten cents for each one... so far, nearly $3,000 has been taken from our account by authorize.net. We think that is very unfair. We pay them to protect us. And we even pay extra for a "Fraud Protection Suite" each month to prevent such occurrences. By the way, your credit card information is safe and has not been compromised in any way.
Reasoning that the problem was their failure to protect us, their client, we asked authorize.net to reverse the $3K which we could ill afford to lose and which was taken from our bank account because of their lack of ability to do the job we were paying for, "donate" their charges to us, and receive a tax write-off.
We tried persistently to contact people in the company who might have the vision to understand such an approach. However, the company prefers the money to the good publicity that would result from us telling all you that authorize.net is a public spirited (and fair-minded) company. They are not going to reverse the charges, did not accept the donation option and so we are working to find another merchant services company that will not be so easy to use to attack us.
If you have a merchant account, you may want to make sure it isn't authorize.net, a company that does not understand and does not want to understand. Any company that is so dense and bureaucratized that it cannot understand the benefit of good publicity may not be a company that you want handling what you thought were your secure transactions. "Penny wise" and "pound foolish" is a common failing of some companies. Too bad for them. Too bad for us.
4. All of this has resulted in severe financial stress to the Foundation. Through your continuing support during these hard times, we are still able to pay for our Democracy-in-Action facility (a couple thousand $ per month) and our webmaster, but we have been unable to go to Washington or attend all the international meetings you need us to attend, to have the support we need and to make sure that we can continue to support both your health and your freedom.
Codex needs us there to speak for health and freedom. What is presented over the Internet is not what actually happens there. We keep up with those agencies by Internet, but being there is far more important for us to defend Natural Solutions and help to keep clean, unadulterated food available.
If you do not believe that, look what is happening to our food through the (sic) "Food Safety" bills before Congress - this is totally in line with the degredation and weaponization of our food through Codex which we have been writing about ever since the Natural Solutions Foundation was founded.

For exactly the same reasons that these other attacks take place: because we are unique in defending health and health freedom in the global and effective way which we do, and because the other side does not like being interfered with.
What Can We Do?

1. Deaths in Mexico have gone from 168 to 16. Now that is REAL healing! Where are the hundreds of deaths the MMD (media of mass deception) were originally reporting? Where are the thousands of deaths they predicted?
2. CDC said that we should expect to see more severe cases of the Swine Flu on April 26 despite the fact that NONE of the cases they have identified are at all severe.
"We are seeing more cases of swine flu, and we expect to see more cases of swine flu," said Richard Besser, Director of the CDC, at a White House briefing. 3. CDC prepared a "seed stock by April 24, just 10 days after the previously unknown disease was identified. Here's is what it takes to prepare a seed stock:
"Scientists first have to decide which flu strains to use in the vaccine-they typically pick three, based on predictions of how the virus will evolve by next year. (It's still unclear whether they'll include the swine flu in next year's seasonal flu vaccine.) They then inject the strains into chicken embryos, wait for them to multiply, and extract them several days later to create a so-called "seed stock." http://www.slate.com/id/2217007/ Pretty good work for 10 days, I shouldn't wonder!
4. CDC "justified" declaring a "Health Emergency" on April 27, just 13 days after the "novel" Swine Flu was first "discovered" in a rural town in Mexico.
5. Meriden Company would be able to produce a Swine Flu Virus in just six weeks on April 28. Here is what it takes to produce a vaccine AFTER the seed stock is produced: " inject the [viral] strains into chicken embryos, wait for them to multiply, and extract them several days later to create a so-called "seed stock." Then comes testing on lab animals, followed by any necessary adjustments to the stock. (Haste can have a price: During the swine flu outbreak of 1976, 500 people who got vaccinated developed a disease called Guillain-Barré syndrome, and 25 of them died.)
Once researchers have finalized the vaccine, they repeat the embryo injection process millions of times. So even if they finalize the vaccine in June, it will take at least until September to produce the first 50 million or so doses. Producing all 600 million doses-enough to give Americans the usual two shots-would take months longer.[Note that no testing in humans or other animals is involved in this schedule]
A new experimental method would grow the virus in individual cells instead of eggs. That process is a lot faster-it could shave weeks off the time it takes to create the seed stock-since cell cultures grow faster than eggs. But that method hasn't been approved yet by the FDA, and there are still doubts about its effectiveness." 6. WHO raised the alert level to Phase 5, the start of a Pandemic, on April 29 with one alleged death and only 91 confirmed human cases of a mild, inconsequential flu, with one death. Saving the Best for Last
I wonder at the total absurdity of the following article, printed without change (make sure to read the last sentence!):
9. Ohio health officials say two more cases of H1N1, formerly known as swine flu, have been confirmed in Ohio. That brings the state's total to three. The victims are 31 years old and 33 years old, both are men and both are from Franklin County, near Columbus. Health officials confirmed, last week, a nine year old boy from Elyria has H1N1.
Pennsylvania health officials say there are still no confirmed cases of swine flu in the commonwealth, although they are listing five Philadelphia-area cases as probable. All cases reported so far have been in Philadelphia or Montgomery County.
The Center for Disease Control and Prevention says the outbreak continues to grow in the U.S. Officials gave an update Saturday afternoon and say they now have 160 confirmed cases of H1N1 in 21 states. MD/CDC Interim Deputy Director, Anne Schuchat, said, "The point is that the majority of cases don't have direct contact with Mexico. They didn't travel to Mexico. It is much more likely that people are getting this particular infection now from somebody who has no...from somebody within their own communities."
The World Health Organization has confirmed more than 700 cases of H1N1 flu worldwide so far, in at least 15 countries. And now, Canada officials say pigs have been infected and are under quarantine. It's the first known case of pigs having the virus."
To my mind, the real threat here is decidedly NOT the disease although it is very clear that the novel virus was manufactured by a lab crew. That is threat enough. But there is more. To my way of thinking, this is a crass, cruel and horrifying example of intentional mayhem and death (although this pandemic, like Avian Flu and SARS has so far fizzled) used as a weapon of not only mass deception, but of mass destruction as well.
I do not believe that this episode, which is far from finished, is merely another exercise in fear mongering by agencies and of potential profiteering by Big Pharma… No, I believe there is additionally a heavy political agenda; a, dare we say, "mind control" agenda, whereby we are all being desensitized to the violations of privacy and health rights that become "normal" during a time of declared "medical emergency?"
The game plan, as I see it, was to have created a major epidemic, invoke the State's Emergency Medical Powers Acts of the States through which, when a Governnor declares a Pandemic, you MUST accept vaccination/treatment or you will automatically be declared to be felon and incarcerated/quarentined indefinitely.
This dovetails precisely with the federal powers invoked when the Secretary of Health and Human Services declares a Pandemic (which would happen first) and the same compulsions desend upon you: either accept vaccination/treatment or be involuntarily quarantined indefinitely.
If people resist, riot or protest? Marshal Law is right around the corner.
Foreign troops (including 300,000 Chinese troops reputed to be quartered at Edwards Air Force Base, in clear violation of the US Constitution) and domestic ones (including NorthCom, in whose mission this type of action lies), police and mercenaries are apparently ready, to one degree or another, to enforce these "safety measures".
Failing this scenario, there is also the political possibility of using the irrational and absurd "Health Emergency Alert" status of the US to divide the country in to the 10 FEMA regions, restrict movement and commerce and build the tension through the MMD, the Media of Mass Deception, so that, finally, when the savior vaccine arrives, the maximum number of people roll up their sleeves to be both "saved" from the "deadly" flu threat or be released from FEMA territorial restrictions.
Do I know this is what is in store for us? Of course not. But do I strongly suspect that these possibilities are not too far off the mark? Yes I do.
And while all this is going on, are you thinking about the insanity and criminality of the bailout? Of the weaponization and industrialization of all food production and control? Of the rapid coming of the new global currency? Of the dissolution of national states under the emergency authority of the United Nations, to whom all power is ceded under a state of "Global Pandemic"? Of course not.
This is the ultimate slight of hand. But instead of a rabbit magically pulled out of the hat, it is a weaponized vaccine in a syringe.
The syringe of death. Death to health, freedom and, very possibly, billions of people.
We must also acknowledge, as Gen. Stubblebine pointed out, the Swine Flu panic was not the first such incident that could have triggered a pandemic; there have been several in the past several years. The forces at work that, WHO tells us, will lead to the "inevitable" pandemic are still there. Only push-back can hold off the event. Vigilance, preparation and courage.
I am glad to read that both Dr. Mercola and Dr. Paul (Ron Paul, that is) agree with me that we cannot view recent events, such as the Baxter incident and the Swine Flu panic, as mere epidemiological events. When we connect the dots, we are concerned that we are looking at the engineering of weaponized pathogens to force weaponized vaccinations on an unsuspecting public.
Dr. Leonard Horowitz also agrees, and in an astounding YouTube presentation, names the names of the researchers, institutes and companies he considers responsible.
And the good doctors all agree on something else: Natural Solutions are available to protect the public. "Pandemic panic" is not necessary. Forced vaccinations, transportation and public event closings, and martial law are not necessary!

"Somehow" (and we believe we know how) that threat caused by Baxter's "accident" was averted. Against the usual procedure of accepting the vaccine as having been irradiated to kill the viruses included in it (!) by Baxter, a laboratory in one of the countries (the CzechRepublic) tested and discovered the deadly contamination.
